Geneva, Switzerland, October 01, 2019: - Activists have asked Islamabad to release the Kashmiri people, who were detained in Muzaffarabad city of Pakistan occupied Kashmir during a rally of Prime Minister Imran Khan. Khan carried out a rally in Muzaffarabad on September 13 which was largely boycotted by the residents. Although Pakistan was aware of the growing resentment in the region, however the organizers didn’t cancel Imran Khan’s rally and instead brought paid audience to cheer him. The local residents held demonstrations and fiercely opposed his presence in the region. The state unleashed high handedness in return and imprisoned scores of innocents. They were subjected to brutality of highest degree.
